Wild Rice
Client: Wild Rice is the Art Institute of Wisconsin’s first student-run restaurant offering a unique dining experience where students ran the restaurant—from food prep to front of house. The menu offered an array of seasonal items, with a focus on local ingredients like wild rice, an important grain in Wisconsin agriculture.

Role: I had the opportunity to conceptualize and design the Art Institute of Wisconsin’s first student-run restaurant. From naming the restaurant to designing mockups of the website and other collateral, I prepped the restaurant for success.
